Depending on the case, we may offer an hourly rate, flat fee, or contingency fee. Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in six-minute increments. We only work for as long as a case requires, so we will never overbill you for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copies, faxes, court filing fees, messengers, court reporters, third-party research tools, and other expenses. Retainers must be paid upfront for hourly work.
